RECENTLY, GIVING BACK ENTERPRISES, LLC. PARTNERED WITH 97.1 FM THE TICKET FOR THE 1^ST ANNUAL SALUTE TO DETROIT LIONS ROOKIES AND NEW FREE AGENTS

 GIVING BACK ENTERPRISES DESIGNS COMMUNITY PROGRAMS FOR NEW PRO-PLAYERS WHO WANT TO GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY

Giving Back Enterprises is an organization committed to helping professional athletes devote their time and channel their philanthropic efforts in areas where they are needed most, such as health, sports, recreation, adult literacy, teen pregnancy prevention and other challenges that affect the youth, adults, and families in our communities.

This memorable event began with a rare opportunity of networking with the Lions players.  Saundra Howard-McGee retired Executive Director from Detroit Public Schools and now CEO of Giving Back Enterprises LLC., and former Wide Receiver of the Detroit Lions, Freddie Scott, the organization’s operating partner, presented opportunities for players to “give back” and strengthen the lives of youth and adults in our communities.

The meet and greet was followed by recognition of Detroit Lions Rookies, a presentation about Giving Back Enterprises, introduction of the Communities in Schools organization and 1-on-1 sessions with the Rookies and Free Agents.  The event finally culminated with a heart-warming awards presentation by Giving Back Enterprises to the Detroit Lions Organization and the Lions Rookies Tim Toone, Robert Calloway and Willie Young to show appreciation for all their hard work as professional athletes.
